Booking Conditions
Upon order confirmation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total booking amount is required. This can be paid via bank transfer or by providing the details of a valid credit card.
The remaining 70% must be paid upon arrival at the B&B and before the keys to the chosen or assigned room are handed over. At the same time, a copy of a valid ID for all guests staying in the apartment or room must be provided.
For stays of one week or more, a security deposit of 200.00 euros is required. This will be refunded upon departure after verifying that no damage has been done to the rooms or their contents.
Cancellation Policies
Up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit of 30% of the total booking amount will be retained.
